Paid Member My son is a few months into an apprenticeship in car body repair & has managed to accrue plenty tools to demand a chiffonier with a removable acme box, it's his 18th Birthday in January and then we are planning on buying him one for his Birthday We've been looking a various options & wondered if anyone has whatsoever feel of Clarke, Sealey and The states Pro tool cabinets? The Clarke ones I've looked at in auto mart & they seem quite robust & well made Sealey are a well known make but I haven't seen their cabinets other than on tinterweb The gamble is The states Pro Tools cabinets, they look very nice on Ebay, have proficient reviews on Amazon & people say skilful things on forums. But I'thou very dubious about spending 200 on something I haven't seen. SnapOn & Mac Tools are out of the question, I've never spent that much on a car never mind a fecking toolbox, in fact my first house wasn't much more than some of SnapOn's cabinets Anyone accept any advice? I bought the black/gold Clark pro set for my birthday. Just nether 800 vat gratuitous and they are massive and I thought very good for the money! I'1000 not a Costco member anymore, I joined when they beginning opened but just went at that place twice. What I'g wondering is, will a box costing say 400 exist twice as skilful or last twice as long every bit ane costing 200? I had a Halfords Professional chest (this i). It was brilliant for a hobby user similar me. I only sold it equally information technology didn't fit in the kicking of my car. I replaced information technology with one of these (I think) from Machine Mart. No real difference between them.
